Why receiving report system turned off ?? Any one pls answer

Hi everyone,
whats happenning now-a-days????
In early time we were getting reveceiving report from UVA corresponding to every sunmission. But that report is not sending now... why??

as a result we can't understand about the errors occurs of our problems.
About when the problem can be fixed??? Can any one tell???

Moreover we can preserve our code though this way easily in our mail account.

On the otherhand the information updating is stopped... how much time to take to fix this problem??

Any one pls inform these.............
