GCC 2.95.4 compiler??

does anyone has any idea where can I find a compiler that uses the 2.95.4 version of the GCC?? I'm mad about my compilation errors (and sometimes RE due to compiler differences)...
I think it will happen(getting RE) just when your code is very dirty, and buggy, so at first I suggest you to rewrite your code and do not write a code in which you don't know how the compiler interpret it and these is no documentation in language descriptions about it.
BTW, you can download all of the gcc compilers from gnu website.
