I submit my solution via IE, but I got a "Access Dened"

the I use ACMsubmitter , "There was an error "

I am new, please give me a hand : )

Are you sure that you use correct suffix for your ID?

I.e. if you use 12345AB, you write it in correct field of submit-o-matic ?

every time I got an "access denied ", I received an email like that,

Dear sunmoonstar:

Access Denied.

You aren't authorized to use the Online Judge from that host.

Excuse me. I submitted my codes via e-mail. But I know the way doesn't work anymore. And I have the same problem "Access Denied.". Can anyone tell me how to active my ID? Thank you.

Hey AFAIK, the email submission is conked... try doing an online submission here -

I mean I did the online submission, but I got "Access Denied."
If my ID have not actived, I couldn't have any data, so I don't know what's the matter.
http://acm.uva.es/cgi-bin/OnlineJudge?UsersMgr:EditUser does not work.
