How to generate Cutomized Rank-list ?

Hi All
This post is for those people, who have created customized rank-list for their countries. like :
http://i.cs.hku.hk/~cytse/ranklist.php
This is simple PHP script which extracts data from acm.uva.es. I want to know the syntax for extracting customized data.
