I just wonder, if I am the person who make the most submissions?

If you know someone who submits more than me, please let me know 8)

Nice number of submissions for all of us :-) but anyone of us has "only" 0,67% of total submissions

Anyway all of us are good problem-solvers :-) Bad for me, I have only a half of yours submissions, ".." :-) and a much fewer submissions

Best regards
DM

Lets take such statistics Numberofsubmit/numberofAC.For such statistics
Ivor -->24074/16510=1.45 :D
Mine is 5.3

If I have concluded correctly, the reason for so much submission for Ivor is he is very enthusiastic to improve his run time. Perhaps, if others were equally eager, then there would be much more submission from others.

And there are those dudes, who use a test account, so the number of submission from those authors are being misrepresented.

Another pointless statistic is Number of submit/solved!

Code: Select all

.. 12374/1342= 9.22
ivor 24074/ 219=109.93
scott 29664/ 133=223.04
Amazing, isn't it? ;)

Ciao!!!

Heh. :)

Cool guys you still remember me. :) Very pleased to see that. I've been pretty busy for the last year or so. Studies take their fair amount of time and now work too so I don't have anything to spare for at least one more term. I drop in from time to time to see how things are going though. I do hope to come here once again when the things ease up a little bit.

And about the stats. That I have 20k+ submissions is quite irrelevant for me. Never cared about this number. I was much more interested in screwing around in the charts. :D And getting top times on some problems doesn't come easy unless you take a fair share of submissions and poke at the system to know how it responds to different kind of optimization tricks.

Cheers and thanks againg for being here. You made me feel good. :)

Ivor, I always miss you.
Although I am not so good as Scott E August, I still feel interested to compete with you on optimizing. As I remember, I only passed you on 583, I think you can pass me again

I miss the times too. It was so fun to compete for being better than others. Many of the programs are still there to be taken up again :) Hope I can manage someday soon enough. Till that, see you on occasions in between. ;)

I have been very busy as well with a new job. I think that the most important thing for Ivor and myself is trying to figure out different ways of solving the same problem to gain speed.

Ivor and I still compete although we have not traded emails for a while (my fault). The nice thing about the rankings is they stand until beaten, so I am sure Ivor will agree with me when I say we would enjoy more competition. Of cource like Ivor says it will take many more submittions.

Enjoy,
Scott
