My opinion is:
1. If someone has ratio near 1 : 1 in accepted to submitted problems , such person is CHEATER and must use other account to test solutions (I don't want to be offensive to anybody, it's only my opinion). Typical situation is when some number of people create team - everyone tests solutions in own account, and after that submit it to team account.
2. I know that acceptable ratio is 1 : 2 or more (I have 1:3), because I know some people, who solve many problems with such ratio.
I think, that such situation is very bad

. I'm sad, that some people don't know what competition really means

PS. It's only MY OPINION

It is very easy to see who is cheater and who is not.
Anupam has supplied many regional in and outs.
That is why, he may have low accpted:submit rate.
But, the first, whoever he/she is, is very annoyable to who archive and valladolid.
At least, I ask for the elimination of such account.
Again, we observed anupam for the last four year at valladolid, he is a regular contestent. and his team , BUET PESSIMISTIC is well known at bangladesh.
So, there is only one cheater at archive.
And the account should be eliminated.
Otherwise most of the contestent will be deprived.[/i][/b]

I know anupam and BUET Pesimistics ... they are very good team

As I wrote earlier, I don't want to be offensive to anyone - my post is only my opinion
From other side - it's possible to get low ratio - you have right SAMS. But I have bad expiriences with team's account on sites such this

:(:(:(
I think, that if I will be more focused on problems which I solve I could have ratio 1:2
I like problems posted by anupam very much. I know that he is very good contestant, problemsetter and so on. But I don't like (I really hate) cheating.
And I don't understand one - why you want to eliminate this account which took first place ? Because it's name is "cheater ..." ?? Your feelings would be the same if team will be named i.e. "Valladolid is bad" (of course is not

) or "I don't like BUET" or anything what you can imagine ... ? Maybe reasonable thing is to inform admins, that such account name isn't good and you please for changing it ?

From other way:
on ACM main ranking, not on ICPC Buet Pessimistic has ratio near 1:3 (817:2174).
I don't think, that in one moment this team evaluate to cheater on ICPC site ...
But my post is more global - always exist team or person, which can be stay in bad light after post like mine, but I want to write one more time :
it's only mine and very global, no specific , opinion !! I don't want to be offensive to anyone: team, person or citizens of any country !

PS. And what you think about that:
16568 BUET PESSIMISTICS
29350 Shihab Uddin (BUET PESSIMISTICS)
?? Could anyone think, that first account is accumulator of good solutions for second one, which is test account ? I know, that's not true - but someone who don't know anupam and BUET PESSIMISTICS team can have such thoughts ...

BUET PESSIMISTIC is the account of Anupam Bhattacharjee and A.K.M. SAifun Nabi Shabuj on valladolid.
Shihab Uddin was the new member joined BUET PESSIMISTIC to make three for icpc regional. That is why, he only perticipate during the contest with the account and othertime he has his separate account.

The problems which i have solved personaly, that i submit to 29350.
I never submit my solution to 16568. Most of the probolem i have solved after Anupam.

Dear Anupam and dear shihabbd81 !

I'm sorry that my post caused all this ...
To anupam: I try to solve some problems on ZJU, but I never seen such blue accounts ... But nice to hear , that admins from ZJU see such problem

What will happen if any one within 2/3 days, submit over that 1300 src at 24 VOJ and eliminate Adrian? What will be his expression?
I think this is not possible for a cheater
And I dont mind if a better problemsolver replaces me at the top.
Because as far as I know there are no solutions in the internet for most of the problemset problems, but it seems that a lot of input/output files of archive is the same as that of the regional contest, so a cheater can send in programs that use only printfs to print the expected output. It is funny to see some 0.000 times on some problems where most people have a bigger runtime, and as far as I know the needed algorithm will not terminate in 0.000 time.

I agree with Adrian and Anupam

Various IO, which are easy to find in net, help many of us finding out mistakes in code, but some people uses it in wrong way

PS. Place in ranking is very relative. Main point is how many knowledge we have in mind - number of solved problems is only one of derivates of that

Sure you should keep on solving, Anupam. Don't be sad.
You're part of a community, and within that community people know who are honest and who are cheaters. Think of all the fun (and frustration!) you get from problem solving. At the end of the day the only one who those sorry creatures are cheating, is themselves.

Of course you should continue, don't let them influence you... I have abou 177 problems solved and +- 800 submitions (because I like optimizing

)... don't stop because of them, they don't deserve it...

Yes Anupam - keep solving problems !
Do this for own satisfaction - anyone knows that you are honest

and you are a winner of this situation
