If you a member of
Association for Computer Machinery (ACM), then please let us know. This would help us to share our views and thoughts about ACM, and or atleast, build a community of ACM members on the Board.
I happen to be a proffesional member of ACM since 2002, before that I was a student member, since 1997. And to tell the truth, I am proud to be one!

What you should not believe is not your eyes, but your expectation that every user will scroll down the forum list down to here.
A lot of members from here did participate in the Finals, so there should be quite a lot. And I am also one of those

What does it mean? Every Electronic Board user is a ACM member or only those who participate in finals?

Sorry, you can't. It's not that membership that you mentioned. It's an special membership given to one who pays and given to those members who joined regional contest.
