I didn't got e-mail from the site to submit problems with new ID after christmas .......... more oven one of my friend got the new ID. but when ever he send the problems ...... no response from the judge :O

You've got such mail only in case, when you post some programs to PCPC Archive before christmas ... If you don't do this - you must register ...

I did a new registration after 25 dec, 2003 to submit in ICPC. Now i can submi through it but when i click to see the judge response i foung nothing :O

Try this:
When you send code, go to page with responses, wait a moment and refresh
sometimes judge have a delay in posting answers ...

i tried what u said. submitted and wait. nothing happened. first i went to icpc archieve link. then choose region -- then 2003 (asia/dhaka)-- then click on submit (2889) and submitted. then submit successfull come but i found that my no. of submission is still 0
what is my fault here. it's not wright think to explose the id number but here i'm giving my icpc archive ID:1666AT

There is some problems with IDs over 1600, VOJ people is working on it.
