Help! problem still in judge queue!!

it's normal that a problem stays in judge queue about 12 hours????

You have a great judge which attracts a lot of people.
But unfortunately it's not working for the 2nd day. And I'm wondering who is responsible?

I tried to send it again and to submit another problem but still in judge queue...
