Hi, there.I'm a new guy here. I really wonder if there's a time limite or a memory limite for each program. If so, where should I get the limite to the specified program. Thanks a lot.

I think time limit is 30 seconds and memory is 4megs.

Usually it's 30 seconds and 32 MB. You can also get an idea when you look at the statistics of the problems (click on the percentage value after the problem name).
Look at problem 197 for an extreme special case. The slowest accepted solution took more than 4 minutes.
