probably a blank line after the final case.

Yes, that was the reason. But why at the end should be two blank lines? It seems incorrect, because problem statement says that 0 should not be processed. Does the problem also require rejudgement 
?

yes, i'm afraid this will also require rejudgement.
we found this error in the real time contest. but couldn't correct it in the online contest as there were no internet connection where we were.
for Problem F: i think you can also try printing "Unstable." instead of "Unstable Situation." i don't exactly remember. please be assured that the problems will be rejudged.
