How can i submit my program in the new system???

If you want to submit your code you have to:

Log in>Browse Problems> (Contest Problems | Problems ???) > Choose the volumen > Select the problem > Submit (in the top of the problem)

I miss the old system...

but i found a direct link to go to any problem. say for problem 11284

but this way you cannot submit

That's where the descriptions are stores, so?

If you want to submit, use the link on the web, don't use shortcuts.
