Submission errors

There are a couple of problems which seem to be receiving submission errors. The submission status sits at "Sent to judge" for 5 minutes or so and then changes to "Submission error". This is currently happening on problems 136 and 10340

I'm getting Runtime Error. Why?
Solution: Array length use adequate number.
