Author Ranking system

Ranking system in SPOJ(http://www.spoj.pl) is based on the formula:
80/(40+number of people who have solved the problem). It would be good to have a similar rating here as well?

The idea seems to be good, but I think it is better to leave it as it is now.
If all the OJs follow the same system/formula then I think it would become monotonous.
