1. Semicolumn should probably be semicolon.

2. The 11x11 example table contains 14 twice, and one of them should be 24.

3. There may be something wrong with the judge as there's still no AC for a relatively straightforward problem.

Thanks for the reports, I've already changed the description (you might not see it in a few hours) and I've changed the test cases.

I'm rejudging every submission, so that every right solution gets AC.

I'm also increasing input's size, it was so small that everyone got 0.000s solving time!
