Actually it's easy to solve 4-8 problems per day (as I did) and if you have good education (not as mine) you can increase this value twice or more. So it's possible to solve 1200+ problems within 4-6 months not 'few years' :). The question is in free time + motivation.

Yes - the biggest problem is time and motivation. If you don't have other things to do (like work, last years of study), 5-8 problems for a day sounds as possible. I remember than I be able to solve 5 problems in one day when I have strong motivation (lot of problems and weak ranking) and holidays :):)

Some of the teams in many university (after a time) makes different teams with each other and send their old solns.
that's a matter.
But # submission == # ac is really impossible work other than cheatting :oops: :oops:

anupam - nobody says that BUET was/is cheating :):)
But for me - when I see that some person (not BUET of course) have statistics 100 Acc in 101 Submissions, that looks strange for me without using dirty accounts. But strange not means impossible. Some persons tests your code as long as possible, using vary of tests and maybe it's possible to get such score. I don't know ....

BTW. One thing is true - when someone have such score and help others in getting Accepted - it's not cheater :):) Such person must be really strong in this :)

actually the edit distance of BUT and BUET is small.
and also the lcs is 3 :lol: :lol:
