Of course there are people supporting the system, but we are having many contests last days and doing some changes. The 20th september the judge went down about 13:30 UTC and people continuous submitting and trying to see its status, as it's normal. Then the internal mail server went also down and the submissions entered the judge several hours later in some cases.
But we know the exact hour you sent via submit-o-matic and we will rejudge and fix the ranking.
I know this is not a solution for people who spent a lot of time, but it's the best we can do, the only we can do. We hope that next week we will put at the past contests section as we have two more contests by friday 23th and saturday 24th.

In any case the problems are already at the 24-hours online judge (numbers 10905-10914) to try your answers.

I'm sorry and thanks for your patient, but think that we are not looking to the screen the whole contest, then when you see the judge to be in trouble stop sending for a while. It will be better for all of us.
