Thanks. How did you come up with this btw?
I wrote a random test case generator and compared the output (using UNIX diff) from your WA code against my AC code.
Also read the problem statement carefully:
(note that an output of 60 minutes and 0 seconds should, however, be considered a successful synchronization).
