As from the statistics, home team has a biased record of winning. only a few teams like Brazil wins in away. But this time i am felling like they are not in the best touch (?) . Also France is not looking so good.
moreover, Germany is a strong team in their home ground all the time.
i think Argentina or spain has chance of going to the semi

This seems to be a problem all over South Asia. IIRC, our local broadcasters also used to show all mathces live, but this time they got permission for only 25. They mentioned about not being able to come to an agreement with ESPN.chunyi81 wrote:Agree with that. Too bad that my local broadcaster is only four matches live.
Although people with Cable Connection can watch all the matches, but it is difficult for those without it.
I support Argenitna.
Before Starting World cup Argentina was not so good.
But Now They are improving because of Maradona's inspiration.
So I am confident Final will be with Argentina - Brazil.
And May be Champion for 3rd times.

AMAZING NUMEROLOGY TO PREDICT THE FIFA WORLD CUP WINNER !!!
Hi, I 've got a mail [about predicting the world cup winner] from one of my friends. Here it goes...
Its amazing, ain't it? I, personally, don't believe in numerology; but it is tempting when you are a supporter of BRAZIL ![:)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
Code: Select all
Brazil won the world cup in 1994.
Before that, they had won this title for the last time in 1970.
If you add up: 1970 + 1994 = 3964
Argentina won the world cup for the last time in 1986.
Before that only in 1978.
And 1978 + 1986 = 3964
Germany, though, won the world cup in 1990.
Before that, Germany won in 1974.
Look: 1990 + 1974 = 3964
This could lead us to guess the winner of the World
Cup in 2002, since it should be the winner of the 1962
World Cup (In fact 3964 - 2002 = 1962).
And Brazil won the world cup in 1962! (And, in fact, Brazil won the 2002
WC)
This numerology seems to work...
And now, who would be the winner of the 2006 world
cup?
Let's see, 3964 - 2006 = 1958
And who won in 1958?....
Oh, Brazil did!!!

Intersting numorology!
Road to final for Brazil looks easy. The only ever champions that they meet before final are England and France. They're the only one time winner and they won't likely pose much threat to team like Brazil that played against Japan.
Argentina and Jermany meet in quarter-finals, if they win their 2nd round matches. That's too early![:(](./images/smilies/icon_frown.gif)

And they do indeed. It is too early but it will be a good match to watch out for.mamun wrote:Intersting numorology!
