Needing a little help

yeah.. I know I should've searched in Google this, but I just don't want to buy a book in the "dark". The last time I did it was a disaster x.x

I just want some good books that teach C++ and/or Object-Oriented Programming, and I really think here is the best place to get some advices x)
I found one post here but got few answers, something like 2~3 books... so if you have that one in your mind, please post x)
