From the ranklist of the problem you can see only 8 submissions passed the time limit (3 seconds). But the number of users who solved the problem is 175.

That's wrong, because on the slower old judge the time limit was 10 seconds, on the faster judge the time limit is 3 seconds.

So I suppose then that old submissions must be rejudged if the time limit was modified.
