How one can submit problem to the problem set archive? Is there any particular rule for submiting problems?[/url][/cpp]

It's not very easy.

You may send them in zipped format to

contest@acm.uva.es

My experiences say, it is wise idea to become a good problem solver first(at least 200+,by yourself) then only take attempt to host a online contest.

Hai! when there was only the volume-1 nobody had solved 200+ problems. Do you think volume-2 and ......... weren't great problem sets ???

if i'm not mistaken, volume 1 to volume 8 are formed by collecting problems from past regionals and world finals.

volume 100, 101, ..., collect the problems from the online contests.
