why the new system say there are 2186 problems

it should be 2185. am i right?

Yes. There are problems 100-999 and 10000-11284 and this means 2185.

the online-judge itself forgot a boundary case and made a wa :)

I had a Testing problem hidden from all of you (and forgotten by me) :) Now the count is correct. Thanks for pointing this out.
