I clicked the link following "RCD Symposium I" : http://icpc.baylor.edu/rcds/RCDProgram.html . All locations look like Brazilian words (Am I right?). Maybe it is at Rio?
I hope so ... I hope it will not be in the USA (or iranian teams will have trouble getting visa)

No I think that is actually last years schedule for RCDs. For example The place salon del ray was a place in texas hotel.
