RAM Memory.

Greetings!!
I have 2 options for my RAM Memory:

512 MB DDR400

or

512 MB DDR400 and 128 MB DDR266 = 640 MB DDR 266

It's a DDR400 MotherBoard.
How do I know what's the best choice?? :o
