What's the matter with you?
Why are you asking same and meaningless question over 10 times?

Why aren't the moderators and admin of this board doing anything about this guy !!!

I don't think he is here to help anyone...
... we don't need guys like him here.

What can be done against him?
His postings can be deleted, but he'll only put new ones up.
His account can be blocked, but he'll only create a new one.
A few days ago I made a remark about one of his postings, and the next day he littered his nonsense all over the forums.

This board is a public place where everybody is able to post whatever he likes. To keep it usable for everyone, some basic rules must be obayed, rules that are obvious within every community where people are free and respect eachother, rules that don't have to be written down explicitly.

But, as so often happens in such situations, every now and then someone comes along who is unable to handle this freedom, who can't control himself and starts to annoy other people or destroy things. That's the way things go. You can start building fences around your community and ban people who misbehave, but then your measures will have to be brutal and mistakes will be made; you can also ignore such people so they'll loose interest and go away or adapt themselves to fit in.

I think a moderator is not a policeman and I value freedom of speach very high. But you'll get your occasional mis-behaviour.
