that one seems really bothering, i read all that ones posts. all rubbish. i guess that one is only for disturbing us. I saw new posts and read, but all was by that one, only wasting our time. moreover that one is advertising casinos in signature. cant we complain to the admin?

Actually, it might be a program of sorts...
Not sure what the purpose would be, being that this forum is not that busy, maybe someone is just testing it? It is not that bad, if it does automatically post. Seems that it's picking on some keywords and posting some answers that should make sense (but they don't, hence the "drunk and/or high" comment I made earlier).
Would be interesting to know if it registered automatically, too.

It's probably a spam bot. They are quite common on larger more general forums.
