new 2 Russian problemsets

Hey, people. The 1st and 2nd of October there were 2 pretty nice Russian programming contests: CBOSS and Sibirian. I've got texts of the problems, but only in russian. Also I can translate them but they won't be so funny as they are in Russian.
If you want to get them post me.
