How to generate random test cases for problem 196 - Spreadsheet

I'm stuck on the idea of how to generate random test cases for this problem because its test cases are quite complicated. Could someone suggest me please :D ?

I can suggest you source files of contest containing this problem. It's Acm Southwestern European Regional Contest 1995. Zip file contains input and output files. http://www.oi.edu.pl/old/html/archiwum/acmsw95.zip
