About "Search"

I had some questions about problem 10236 yesterday, so I tried to search the keyword "10236",
but I couldn't find this topic:

Is there a bug ?

I also think there is some problem with the search.

Many times I haven't found posts regarding a problem though
the number of the problem was on the subject of the post.

Can someone explain if its a bug or there is something we are
missing about the search facility of the board.

Anyone enlightened
