Let's find out the ratio between male and female programmers!

I guesstimated the ratio to be 7:1 - a little more participation on this poll would help us to find out.

Because there is no girl !!!!!!!

I know some body who is male but gave vote as a female and I guess the other one is also false!

Actually, extremely good female programmers exist. This is from the Topcoder invitational 2002, with a woman in the final. Check the photos at the bottom of the page.

Hi, thanks for the link, yes, I do agree that there exists female programmers who are of world class but I think generaly and basicaly in this country girls don't like it much.
