This is a simple dp problem.
Think like below:

otherwise 0
Take this maximum length form the above relation.( for every i,j)
Then think other constraint of this problem.
Note: My time 0.60s.(Not so good)

I tried to solve the problem in the following way:
create the suffix array of the string -> sort in lexicographic order ->
check the prefixes of the prefixes of succesive terms, and print the best.
My output is correct the the huge test data provided in a previous post,
but still I am getting WA.
my code is simple since I am using stl.

Hello! I don't solve this problem. I use heap(priority_queue), suffix array and Boyer-Moore algoithm.
But I got TLE... This problem must to using preffix and suffix array, i think.
I tried tricky value, I got all matched. But,, TLE..
So, I want to know how about accept.

This problem can be solved in many ways.I have solved it in the following way:-
1.Create a suffix array.
2.Sort the suffix array using qsort().
3.Find the longest match(pattern) from suffix array.
4.Then using Knuth-Moris-Pratt find the no. of occurrence of pattern in the given string.
It takes 0.112s,currently in 59th place.

Why you need "Knuth-Moris-Pratt"? string length is 1000,a n^2 checking can do it for you.

Has anybody solved this problem using Hashing??? I don't think the running time of hashing is good enough to pass all tests.
I know other ways of solving this problem, I'm just curious about solving it using hashing.

Yeah Thank you, I got TLE exceeded too (using hash), I solved it using TRIE.
Do you have any idea on the dp approach of mak(cse_DU)?
