Some Suggestion to Administrator

I have some suggestion to Administrator.

First,I think there are some mistakes in ICPC archive account.
Some of my friends register a new account on archive online judge.
But they can't submit.
I'm sure what they set in account are correct because it's the same as mine and I can submit code with my account.
Further more,I find so many account registed later have no submittion.

Second,about the rejudgement.
Recently,some problems change the test data and Admin would post them
on the broad ,"Fixing Mistakes",just like p612 and p713.
But would you please explain what is difference between the old and the new one.

For example,p612.
Hundreds of people are kicked out and only four people stay.
And no one can get AC after rejudgement from then on.
There should be no changes on this problem except test data.
It's very strange!!!.

And p713.
After rejudgement,the input must be handled with BigNumber.
But the problem only say"Each case consists of exactly one line with two positive integers separated by space."
In common,if the the problem don't especially refer to the range like this,then the input number should be handled the normal data type,like int long long...etc.

Please explain the difference of test data while rejudge.

I have the same problem. i solved three problems in dec, 27. when i going to submit they said that after 25 dec, the previous users will get a new ID for further submission and new submitter should register for icpc submission .. so i created account click the link provided as that page. MY ID IS 1666AT but when i submitted ,, it shows that i didn't submit even in that problem status .. no new submission was added. i tried it several times but failed... i hope, administraton will solve this problem for newly registered for icpc
