What's the problem? Everyone is 0:00.002 + 64 so I don't see anything out of place

The problem is the colour of 'Nirjon'. Why is it blue? Why is he infront of the other programmers having the same time and memory used and solving it after them.

There is nothing strange. He solved problem a long time ago, but then decided to submit it again.

I think it is because he submitted the program while the problem is being rejudged. This will be resolved when the ranklist is rebuilt.
