Problem with downloading the file

What has happened to the file downloading. I always tried to dowload a volume but it always file can't be found. Dear administrator please try to correct the error or tell us why this is happening.

yah,
it's a serious problems.
because it's very hard to download each problem page from the index file.
it is time consuming too.
please check it as soon as possible

Besides, The *.pdf vol. don't contain all the problems! Why this is so

yah, that is another big problem. why all the problem are not in pdf?
if it is not possible ten why keeping them.
because a good programmer doesn't want to view 30 problems out of 100.
if he want to solve more then what will happen?
if he has to download html version at last then why keeping the pdfs?

The zip files are not available because an unsocial people was trying to overload the server by asking for the zip files again and again.

All the pdfs are not available because the original problem setters did not supply them.

some intrested asked me for the address to download the file. so what can they do?
they want to join acm. but u know, the net line in bd is too much costly for them to download problems one after another..
how can they be helped?

acutually i still can't understand why the adminstrators are not taking quick action to make the zip files available...?

Secondly i also can't access using the ftp link.....

so plz take action....

It is not a good activity

by the administrator and we don't expect this situation for such a long time.

The FTP is not contain the vol 13 & vol 14.

please supply this two volume in the ftp untill you can't repair this problem & try to solve this as early as possible.

actually, it's not alltime possible to download the files from ftp.
the preveous zip system and the links were very useful.
so waiting for the administrators to activate the previous links.

yes it is right i can not download any volume. i think administrator should keep only the zip files of the volumes. i think postscript and pdf versions are useless. this problem of downloading volumes should be solved in a short time.
