Think about how this problem can be converted to graph theory problem. Try to find what conditions should be met when solution doesn't exist in graph where circles are nodes, connected if they intersect.

The Case where solution does not exist is quite easy ...
how to get the output when solution exists is the problem .

This is not very different, but a bit more complex as more special cases. I was looking for the lowest circle/node intersecting with left side which is connected via path to the circle intersecting with top side. The same logic for the right side.
