Admins, please create forum 'Volume CXVI' for discussion of problems 11700-11799.

Will ever problems from CUPCAM contest be accessible in problemset?

I also have question about one problem from CUPCAM championship, but there is no chapter for that problem...

I have admin privileges but was not able to create the forum because of some SQL error. I did send an email to UVa, I am not sure when this will be addressed.
