A Request to Everyone

Post by shamim » Wed Sep 03, 2003 9:11 am

Whenever some one creates a new post regarding a particular problem, I think it is beter to use the problem name rather than the number, as the post title.
These days with so many problems, it is difficult to recognize which problem is being refered to by a particular number. But names are always easy to remember.
So I request everyone reading this post to keep this in mind whenever you are making a new post regarding a particular problem.

Many people have adopted best of both world :
NNNN - Name of problem
i.e. the number of thje problem followed by the name. The number facilitates the automatic search, while Name of problem facilitates human rememberance.

agree with shamim. When I read the "posts since the last visit", I generally search two things :
1/ titles about the future of the site/algorithms/c etc... By reading the title, I know wether I am or not concerned.
2/ The names of the problems I solved. If the title is a number I geneally dont read it.
