Post by lalala » Fri Jul 25, 2003 7:18 pm

Dear all:

I'm a beginner , i readed the http://www.math.luc.edu/~anh/ACM99/
but i still don't understand what is the standard input ( output ) ,
so, when i submit my program , i always got compile error~

some of my code:
ACMIO stdin = ACMIO.getStdin();
i = stdin.intRead();
j = stdin.intRead();

the system mail told me:
01748011_24.java:9: Type `ACMIO' not found in the declaration of the local variable `stdin'.
ACMIO stdin = ACMIO.getStdin();
^
1 error

How should i do ?

THX

As far as I know, you can't use ACMIO class in your source code. Search online-judge.uva.es/problemset for samles in java :) there are simple function which reads from input :)
