There is no thing such as area covered by regional contest in Asia. Any asian team can participate in any asian regional contest.

Actually the time limit depends on judge solution. For G there were three alternate solutions: one took less than 0.1 second , another 3 seconds (around) and another 1 minute. uva server / Waterloo contest

The contest ran on schedule at Waterloo. We were aware that uva was not accessible but there was nothing we could do :cry: Many people read the problems at Waterloo but couldn't submit to uva.
