Another word here i want to add that a big integer is divisable by 4, only its last two digit is divisable by 4. 111 - Is it LIS or LCS

Hi everybody, I have tryed to solve the problem 111 but could not be able to understand the problem. so i have searce the board and others help page like Steven Halim's website and i find that this is a LIS problem. I am just start to implement the graph algorithms. I am trying to solve the problem 336. I have test it for all the possible case even for disjoin graph. but it is getting WA. Please anyone give me more input or tell me the tricks.
