Maybe you can do some memorize(memorize the answer that less than 100000 or 1000000).
As you now, phi(p * q) = phi(p) * phi(q), p & q are prime numbers.
But I think it improves little.

In my opinion, p3 should be on the bottom side of the triangle, or the triangle will not be the largest. And p1 and p2 are not on the side of the triangle. But i got WA.
