Hi, thanks for the source of this algorithm :) I read this , understood , but my program doesn't work I hate putting here unworking codes , but now - no matter what I change I always get WA [pascal] I deleted the code :P [/pascal] Can somebody help me ? Maybe you can give me some test cases on which...

Hmmm ... thanks pavelph , now I understand ...

Hey , did you try to use readln instead of val ? Because when you use val on the empty string ( '' ) it may give you some value , and readln reads until it finds the integer value .

And please explain this algorithm to me ;]

Er ... I don't know what's wrong with your program , but ... :> I don't understand the algorithm which you use in your program . If somebody can explain it to me , I'd be very pleased ... I know it isn't a difficult problem , but I can't invent the proper method :/ Maybe if I understood the algorith...

Thank you, I wasted about 5 submissions on this problem before reading this. First I thought that if the number is negative , whether it is even I should output the factorial of its absolute value (|n|!) and otherwise - the negative factorial of its absolute value (-|n|!) By the way , I have never h...

Yupeeeeeeeeee I got Accepted [P.E.] on this problem. I will try to get AC without P.E. , but I have some hints for you who get WA on this problem : 1) if you write in Pascal [I don't know how is it like in C/C++] and remember the number as a string , be careful if the last character of this string i...

Hi I also use Dynamic Programming to solve this problem , but I never can get AC. I ckecked my program on your test case with garbage on each field and it wrote that the number of ways to collect 19 garbages is 19! (factorial) I realised that I have made a mistake in counting the ways ... can somebo...

Er ... :/ maybe you could put some hints for this problem here , for example what to do if the size is 0 , or anything ... thanks in advance
