Agree with that. Too bad that my local broadcaster is only four matches live. :( This seems to be a problem all over South Asia. IIRC, our local broadcasters also used to show all mathces live, but this time they got permission for only 25. They mentioned about not being able to come to an agreemen...

Although I have not verified the input/output, but this problem has a correction program. That is, their could be multiple correct output and both of them will be judged AC.

Please verify whether this is the case with this solution.

Log In Problems

Sometimes, after I log in, although it shows at the bottom of the page that I am logged in, but I don't get the links to view posts since last visit. Now, if I log in again, I don't get to see the posts since I actually logged in. At first I thought this is a common problem with all phpbb, but I hav...

In general, many BFS code will get memory limit exceded because the actual solution isn't BFS at all.

There are some DP problems, which seems like BFS, but you must use DP.

I picked n=1000 and it worked. One could probably come up with a case that breaks it. (hm, maybe not - a,b are integers and they'll end up being > 2^30 really fast... silly me.. why did I pick such a high number?) I choose 100 and got AC. Is it always true, as n increases the abs(real) part will al...

Is the solution simply to loop over N and stop when the number becomes real. If so, when should the looping stop if there is no solution.

I have seen the last European Cup and Confederation Cup.

If the current quality of teams are similar to the above tournaments, then no body stands a chance against Brazil.

Thanks Misof. The concept of posting only the algorithm is certainly a good approach to helping people. However, for a lot of the UVA problems the algorithm is the easy part, actually producing the code is harder, especially when you may be restricted to a certain language. The idea is just for peo...

Perhaps, his account has been given to someone.
There are cases of overlapping registration in the Online Judge. Maybe, the new person is submitting the codes.

Re: hmm

First of all these problems appeared in Online contests other than the Dhaka regional one. So it was ok. It can be a debate on whether something is a trivial knowledge on a non-trivial one. Someone weak in graph problems can argue that matching problems are non-trivial, some one weak in number theo...

Is it possible to solve these problems without knowing the formulae. I mean, is it possible for someone to derive them during contest time.
Are these problems solvable using trivial trigonometry and proper applicaton of bisection method.

Yes, now I get AC, but yesterday I really got WA..
Maybe, you were submitting using the wrong problem number. It also happened to me sometimes.
