I have written a solution that works with all inputs given earlier in this thread.
It uses Ford-Fulkeson with BFS.

However, I get TLE and I've been trying to speed up my code for many hours now, but no success.
Please can someone point me in a direction to go? I want to solve this bloody problem ...
