I fail to understand why should we ignore the last ballot.

If consider all ballots, the output must be bijon only.

I believe ignoring the last ballot is wrong. If the judge follows your answer, then the judge must be wrong as well.

When I try to ignore the last vote, I still got wrong answer ...
