Out of the two outputs posted above, I could find Leeon's output matching mine.

For the 4th trace:
Leeon's following output seems correct

1 9 4

while the output in the second post is:
2
10 2

Even my program showed 3 boxes for this input. I don't know whether both my and Leeon's output are wrong ...
