10066 The Twin Towers WA

I am wondering what's wrong with my program. I coded it rather quickly but then I kept getting WA. I checked multiple times. Also checked with test cases.

Would somebody be kind enough to see what's the bug in it and if possible kindly offer some test cases? Thanks...
