I suppose we can make conjectures about the reasoning for lack of optimization, but I'd really like to hear the reason someone running the judge.

Btw, I'm currently at .076 from the judge with absolutely NO lookup table. Hopefully I can squeeze a bit more out of this algo, so I can eclipse my .062 ...

I'm currently in second place, but with a sizable lookup table too. I've just submitted a new method which contains absolutely NO precalculated table, and timed in at .187 with the judge. I am going to ask that my current (.062) submission be removed.
