though i got wrong answer in this problem.....i believe my problem is in output formatting but the technique is right. i modified dijkstra's algorithm a bit to solve this problem....

i have solved this problem, but got WA....
i used the formula that, the one side of the first and 5th triangle is equal to the 6th trialngle....(i.e. if the one side of the first trianlge is 'S')then the equation becomes S + (S * (r^4)) = S* (r^5)....(here r is the geometrical progression ratio)

i submitted my solution for 10364, but got WA......i test my program wit dataset i downloaded from waterloo site and my program gave correct output for that dataset... but i got WA in acm.. can anyone plz help me to find out the glitch......

i think it is not needed, you can discuss about algorithms in the v1, v2...etc. For example if u want to discuss on Dyanmmic programming, choose a problem of dynammic programming(suppose problem 562) then u can discusss DP on 562 thread and it is happened.....

anyway, u may ask for a poll on this ...

i think 562 is partition by 2 problem...but in case of 10364 it is a partition by more i.e. partition by 4 problem. and as far i assume DP is good for the fast type of problems.

i solved 10364 using recursive procedure. you have to keep good bound checking to avoid time limit exceed.
